BayWa has acquired Italian operations and maintenance service provider Kenergia Sviluppo, which has a portfolio of managed assets totalling 270MW.
The deal includes 30 staff, reinforcing BayWa’s Italian team led by Lorenzo Palombi and Alessandra Toschi.
It brings BayWa’s total solar and wind O&M assets in Italy to over 500MW and 2GW of managed projects worldwide.
BayWa board member Matthias Taft said: “By taking over Kenergia Sviluppo, we are now consolidating our leading position in the Italian market.”
