Dominion Energy has issued a request for proposals for 500MW of onshore wind and solar generation for the US state of Virginia.
The call is part of plans to develop up to 3GW of new renewables under Virginia’s new Grid Transformation and Security Act. Dominion will issue an RFP each year until the target it met.
