German renewables developer ABO Wind has reported net profit for the 2019 financial year at over €11m, in line with expectations, according to preliminary figures.
The net profit of €11.4m is 10% down on the €12.7m reported in the previous year.
The company’s managing board had said in June 2019 that it expected net profit for the year to be about €10m.
However, ABO Wind managing director Jochen Ahn said: “It is not ruled out that the ongoing audit of the financial report may still reveal a need for correction.”
The company said that international markets are increasingly contributing to the company’s ongoing success, with 58% of group revenues coming from outside Germany in 2019.
ABO Wind will publish its annual report on 9 June after approval by the company’s supervisory board.
