Reden Investments and Natixis have successfully closed financing for an up to 100MW portfolio of solar farms in Chile.
Senior facilities totalling $96.4m have been secured for the plants, with the flexibility to add additional projects, subject to meeting defined eligibility criteria, Reden Investments said.

The projects are being developed by Reden Chile Solar, which is owned by affiliates of French independent power producer Reden.
Natixis acted as sole lead arranger, hedge provider and administrative agent. It also underwrote the transaction.
