Orsted has raised £900m through the issuance of green bonds in the UK market to finance new renewable energy investments up to 2025, including the 1386MW Hornsea 2 offshore wind farm off the east coast of England.
The bonds comprised £350m and £300m fixed-rate tranches maturing in 2027 and 2033, respectively, and a £250m inflation-linked tranche with maturity in 2034.

Orsted said the £350m bond offers a 2.125% coupon and was more than three times oversubscribed, while the £300m offering has a 2.5% coupon and the £250m bond a 0.375% coupon.
All three bonds will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, the company added.
