Wind and solar asset manager Greensolver is merging with Netherlands-based developer PLY Energy.
The deal will see Greensolver expand its portfolio of managed assets by 82MW, with 54MW of assets in the UK and the remainder in the Netherlands.
The merger will see the joint deployment of services including procurement and contracting, due diligence, construction and asset management.
It will also enable Greensolver to expand its existing offering in the UK and the Netherlands, in particular, construction management and health and safety expertise.
