Navigant Consulting has made three appointments to its global energy business.
Kathleen Gaffney joins the consultancy as managing director in London, while Jeffrey Richman and Craig Sabine are directors in Miami and Toronto, respectively.
The company said the three bring expertise in energy efficiency, demand-side management, analytics and grid modernization to clients in North America, Europe and the Middle East.
Gaffney previously led DNV GL’s European-focused practice on energy policy and program evaluation.
Richman was a senior manager at Florida Power & Light Company, where he led the back-office transformation of the company’s $800m smart meter implementation.
Prior to Navigant, Sabine was employed by MNP, a chartered accountancy and business advisory firm.
Navigant Energy segment leader and managing director Jan Vrins said: “We are excited about the advisory services Kathleen brings to our growing presence in the Europe and Middle East region, we believe Jeff’s experience and forward-looking perspectives on grid modernization and data analytics will offer clients the insights they need to advance their businesses, and we value Craig for his holistic approach in supporting our energy clients in Canada.”
