Bladt Industries’ board and Anders Søe-Jensen (pictured) have mutually agreed that he will step down from his position as chief executive.
To ensure continuity, chief financial officer Michael Glavind will, in addition to his current role, take on the responsibility of chief executive as of today and until there is a new permanent solution in place, Bladt said.
Chairman of the Blade board Bjarne Moltke Hansen said” “Throughout his almost three years at Bladt, Anders has among other things ensured a full order book for the coming two years and launched a number of internal improvement projects, including the establishment of a new executive management team.
“We now need a new focus and have therefore decided to make a change of chief executive officer and I look forward to announcing, as soon as possible, who will take over on a permanent basis.
“I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Anders and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.”
Glavind added: “Building on the foundation created, my focus will now be on the further improvement of the overall operational and financial performance of the company.
“I will continue the strategic direction set in order to take Bladt further to truly leverage the promising market that offshore wind represents.”
