Environmental consultancy APEM has bolstered its team with a raft of senior appointments.
Gillian Sutherland has joined as divisional director of marine wildlife and ornithology and Marjorie Nadouce has been appointed associate director in the terrestrial ecology division.
Sutherland has spent 16 years at ScottishPower Renewables, latterly as head of environment (Offshore).
She will oversee the global expansion of the APEM team, delivering offshore wildlife surveys, compliance and consultancy services.
Nadouce has 20 years’ environmental consultancy experience, including technical knowledge and project management experience.
APEM has also hired Stephanie Woodward from the NHS to the newly-created role of head of the project management office.
Jen Smith has joined as senior finance business partner, Sarah Harris as marketing manager and David Campbell has been promoted to divisional director of remote sensing and data operations.
Smith trained at Deloitte, before moving into commercially focussed finance roles to support and enable businesses to achieve their goals.
Working closely with the senior executive team, she will help ensure APEM’s ambitious growth plans are on track.
Harris has over 20 years’ experience and brings knowledge and expertise for B2B marketing, recently demonstrated at one of the UK’s leading agencies.
Campbell has been with APEM for 16 years and now also join the operational board at APEM.
