Copenhagen Offshore Partners (COP) has confirmed a reshuffle of its senior leadership team, with co-founder Henrik Scheinemann taking over as sole chief executive.
Scheinemann assumes full executive leadership following the departure of fellow co-founder Lars Thaaning Pedersen, who is now heading CIP Molecule Technologies.
Alan Hannah has been named chief operating officer and will work alongside chief technical officer Uffe K. Jørgensen and chief procurement officer Morten Hjortkjaer to oversee delivery of COP’s offshore wind portfolio for Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners.
Regional development is now led by Jesper Krarup Holst in Asia Pacific, Alicia Barton in the Americas, and Keld Bennetsen in Europe.
Jytte Svensen continues as chief people and communications officer, while Thorbjørn Lund-Poulsen remains chief financial officer.
The company said the refreshed leadership team combines deep industry experience with a shared commitment to enabling bold decision-making in support of the global energy transition.
