Global Maritime has hired Scott Cruttenden as head of business development with a principal focus on the offshore renewables sector.
Cruttenden brings over 15 years’ experience of senior commercial, strategy, sales and business development management with over 10 years offshore wind experience.
He was previously at Royal Boskalis Westminster, where he worked as commercial manager within the offshore energy division.
Prior to that, he ran his own consultancy.
Global Maritime said the appointment “shows commitment for growth into the offshore renewables and energy transition associated sectors”.
Global Maritime chief executive Jonny Logan said: “We are thrilled Scott has joined the Global Maritime team as head of business development.
“Offshore Renewables remains a key sector for Global Maritime, and we hope the addition of Scott will enable us to capitailise on the wide range of opportunities this sector brings”
