Greencoat Renewables has appointed Marco Graziano to its board as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
He has most recently served as president and chairman of the board for Vestas Southern Europe, MENA, and Latam.
Graziano has also been appointed to the company’s audit, management engagement, nomination and remuneration committees.
Greencoat chairman Ronan Murphy said: “Marco has three decades of experience in the energy and renewables industry, and specifically in the European renewables sector as a board member and chairperson.
“My fellow board members and I would like to welcome him to the company, and know he will make a valuable contribution as we continue to build our operating platform in Ireland and in targeted European markets.”
