RTS Wind Group has appointed Alexandra Richards (pictured) as chief commercial officer.
The company said Richards brings more than 14 years of commercial, legal and operational experience across the global energy sector, including offshore wind and subsea services.
RTS Wind Group added that she previously held senior roles at bp, JERA Nex bp and Vattenfall, including responsibility for operations and maintenance and performance at Aberdeen Offshore Wind Farm.
Richards will support chief executive Kevin Jones in leading the company’s next phase of growth.
