Simply Blue Group has appointed David Povall as chair of the board of Simply Blue Energy OSW Ltd.
Povall brings over 20 years of experience in the global power generation industry and will support SBE OSW as it advances offshore wind projects across Europe and other markets, according to the company.
He will oversee board governance, long-term strategic planning and the next phase of the company’s development, added the developer.

The appointment comes alongside the addition of new directors Kazuma Fukai, Makoto Takeuchi, Yuki Koshida and Chris Gaydon to the board.
