Korbinian Ott will become commercial managing director of Steelwind Nordenham on 1 January 2026, joining Andreas Liessem in the company’s dual leadership model.
The company said Ott has been with Steelwind since 2021 and most recently led project management, delivering international offshore wind projects.
It added that he will take responsibility for sales, project management and controlling with a strong focus on digitalisation.
According to Steelwind, Liessem will continue to oversee technical operations and human resources as the management team guides the business through a challenging market environment.
The company stated that the leadership aims to maintain quality, reliability and European value creation to support the energy transition.
