Vestas has appointed a new Executive Vice-president of People & Culture.
Anne Pearce will join the company as its Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) on 2nd January, 2024, coming from her position as Vice-president of Human Resources at Shell.
In the role, Pearce will lead the continued development of the company’s People & Culture organisation.
She said: “I am delighted to be joining Vestas as CPCO and excited to be part of the Vestas’ journey to become the global leader in sustainable energy solutions. I look forward to working closely with Executive Management and the People & Culture management team and organisation on building Vestas’ organisational capability and leadership to thrive in the energy transition”.
