US wind energy technology company SkySpecs has acquired European companies Fincovi and Vertikal AI.
Fincovi is active in financial asset management and Vertikal AI delivers predictive maintenance for wind power.
SkySpecs said the combined entity brings together data insight and automation to help wind farm owners and operators to optimally invest in, maintain and manage assets.
