Aer Soleir signs PV agreement with NRG+

Aer Soleir signs PV agreement with NRG+

Aer Soleir has signed a solar photovoltaic co-development agreement with NRG+, an Italian-based renewable energy developer.

Throughout the co-development agreement, the collaboration will enable Aer Soleir to strengthen its presence and commitment to the Italian market. The alliance will allow Aer Soleir to realise up to 500MW of solar projects.

Aer Soleir CEO and founding partner Andy Kinsella said: “Aer Soleir is committed to accelerating solar development across Europe. This partnership with NRG+, a seasoned, market-leading developer in Italy, offers Aer Soleir access to a strong pipeline of high-quality solar projects. We look forward to developing numerous solar projects alongside NRG+, enabling Aer Soleir to significantly grow its footprint in the Italian renewable sector.”

Aer Soleir Head of Investments Marcus Horgan added: “We are delighted to be partnering with an experienced renewables developer, NRG+ Italia, and benefiting from their local presence and expertise. We are confident that this collaboration will enable Aer Soleir to develop a strong pipeline of projects across Italy, representing another major milestone in our growth trajectory.”
