Babcock & Wilcox has been awarded contracts by Cypress Creek Renewables to build three solar power farms totalling 75MW in western Pennsylvania, US.
Each project is 25MW.
The solar farms will create nearly 90 construction jobs for the duration of the projects.
All three facilities are anticipated to be operational in 2024.

B&W’s pre-construction and engineering teams collaborated with Cypress Creek Renewables early in the process to develop an “effective and efficient energy solution” to complete the development of the three projects.
