BayWa has sold three UK solar farms totalling 30MW to Greencoat Solar I LP, an investment vehicle managed by Greencoat Capital.
The projects are located in south Wales, Cornwall and Kent and were commissioned in March.
BayWa will continue to be responsible for technical and commercial operations management at the facilities.
The projects have long-term power purchase agreements with energy trading company Neas Energy.
