Bluefield Solar has acquired a six-project portfolio of PV projects in the UK totalling 104.5MW.
The fund has snapped up a quartet of Primrose Solar arrays including a 48MW installation in Hampshire, 17MW and 18MW projects in Kent and an 11.5MW development in Sussex.
Contractors Solarcentury and IB Vogt tackled construction and all are accredited at 1.4 ROCs.
Bluefield also secured a 4.99MW array in Norfolk and 4.98MW proejct in Gloucestershire, being built by Solarcentury and due online by March for 1.3 ROCs.
The fund secured an amended and restated facility agreement with RBS and Investec ahead of the acquisitions. It boosted available funds from £50m to £200m.
Total value of the deal, combined with 15MW secured before Christmas, was £149m.
