Bluefield Solar Income Fund’s net asset value stood at £315.3m at the end of last year, up from £288.4m at the end of June 2015.
The increase NAV was boosted by a successful placement of new shares in December, which raised gross proceeds of £31.6m.
In the six months to 31 December 2015, the fund added 34 plants through seven acquisitions with a combined energy capacity of 25.8MWp.
Bluefield added that since the end of the period, it has acquired nine additional solar plants with capacity totalling 119.3MWp.
Total underlying earnings for the last six months of 2015 stood at £9,955,272 with total income at £16,737,070, the fund said.
It also announced that since the end of the period there has been agreement on an amended and restated credit facility, which increases the funds available up to £200m from £50m.
The credit facility is being provided by RBS and Investec.
