Clenera and Wolverine Power Cooperative have signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) for a 150MW solar project in Michigan, US.
Construction is expected to begin in spring of 2023.

The 20-year PPA is for output from the Gemstone solar farm, scheduled to be commercially operational by the end of 2023.
Clenera, a developer of large-scale solar and storage projects, and a subsidiary of Enlight, will manage construction and operation of Gemstone.
Wolverine provides members with power that is 60% carbon-free from a renewable portfolio that includes more than 210MW of wind and solar.
Gemstone will be located in Cass County.
