Cube Infrastructure Managers has secured €150m of co-investment commitments for its CubIKS solar PV and battery storage platform.
The company said the raise brings total equity commitments for CubIKS from its shareholders to €325m.
Cube Infrastructure Managers added that CubIKS is the 13th platform investment of Cube Infrastructure Fund III and was set up in early 2025 with The Dillinger Group.
The platform targets ownership and operation of 1GW of solar PV capacity across Germany and northern Italy over the next five years, hybridised with battery energy storage systems wherever feasible.
Cube Infrastructure Managers stated that the €150m programme was backed by existing investors in Cube Infrastructure Fund III via a co-investment vehicle.
Saket Trivedi (pictured), partner and head of energy transition at Cube Infrastructure Managers, said: “We are proud and grateful to have received continued support from our existing investors for this latest co-investment fundraise.
“Their participation in CubIKS demonstrates strong confidence in Cube IM’s energy transition investment strategy and its ability to deliver scalable, high-quality renewable energy platforms in partnership with well-established and experienced developers and operators such as The Dillinger Group”.
