EDF Energies Nouvelles has agreed a long-term Power Purchase Agreement with Southern California Edison for the 111MW Valentine solar farm.
The California project is not yet built but will feature PV panels across 510 hectares of Mojave Desert land.
US EDF group company EDF Renewable Energy will hold the 15-year PPA for the project.
Valentine is located next to the 143MW Catalina PV plant commissioned by ENF EN in 2013.
