Encavis AG has acquired the remaining shares in 12 of its solar parks with a total capacity of 75MW to make it the 100% owner of all its French solar farms.
The company’s acquisition of the remaining 15% of shares in the solar assets comes as parts of its growth strategy >>Fast Forward 2025.

“Whenever Encavis has the opportunity to acquire missing minority shares in our solar park portfolio on economically convincing terms, we will take advantage,” said the company’s chief financial officer Dr Christoph Husmann.
In the first half of 2020, Encavis had already increased its ownership in the Spanish 200MW solar project La Cabrera, the 18.7MW Brandenburg / Havel solar park and the 6MW Bitterfeld solar park to 100%.
