Greenvolt has signed a €35 million financing deal with Ringkjøbing Landbobank to fund construction and operation of a 150MW hybrid solar and battery project in Høegholm, eastern Denmark.
The facility will integrate 97.36MW of solar generation with a 55–60MW / 110–120MWh battery energy storage system and is expected to enter operation in early 2026.

“Hybrid projects like this one, which bring together solar and battery storage, not only make renewable energy generation more efficient but also help us enhance and differentiate our assets,” said Greenvolt Group chief executive João Manso Neto.
The company said the scheme will deliver about 97 GWh of solar output annually and strengthen grid flexibility.
