Innovative Solar Systems is to sell a total 250MW of solar projects located in South Carolina, North Carolina and Alabama.
The company said the plants range in size from 5MW up to 50MW.
Innovative Solar Systems added that it also has a pipeline of approximately 5GW of projects in early stage development phases for the next 12 to 24 months.
It is currently seeking potential investors that want to be involved with financing the ISS pipeline for 25%–50% returns, as well as supplying bridge capital and late stage financing.
The company is also looking to expand its team in areas of finance, ITC deal structure, project sales and business development.
