MPC Energy Solutions has inaugurated 21MW of solar in El Salvador.
The Santa Rosa and Villa Sol solar PV plant, which began construction in February 2022, has a combined capacity of 21.07MW.

Its solar power will avoid emission of nearly 11,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide a year.
In Latin America MPC is also constructing a 12MW solar project in Colombia, expected to be commissioned by the end of 2022.
