Nord/LB has arranged about €110m to finance three subsidy-free solar farms that Capital Dynamics is building in Aragón.
The facilities will host more than 250 000 panels and total 160MWp.
They are expected to supply nearly 30 000 homes with clean power once online.
The portfolio comprises arrays of 54.89MW, 54.78MW and 50MW.
Capital Dynamics senior managing director Dario Bertagna said the deal shows the firm’s commitment to Spain’s energy transition.
He added that the financing will deliver long-term value for investors and communities.
Heiko Ludwig, global head of structured finance at Nord/LB, said the bank is proud to support projects that help Spain meet net-zero goals.
Spain’s September 2024 PNIEC targets 76GW of solar by 2030.
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advised Nord/LB, while Watson Farley & Williams acted for Capital Dynamics.
