AGR Renewables has sold the 68MW shovel-ready Breach solar farm in Cambridgeshire, England, to Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust for an undisclosed price.
Breach is also expected to have 50MW of batteries installed.
The scheduled date for energisation is mid-2023.
The project is currently at the ready-to-build stage with Goldbeck Solar as the main EPC contractor.
AGR Renewables co-founder Konrad Aspinall said: “This is the second site in our 250MW advanced development pipeline offering a combined solar and battery solution aimed at supporting the generation of clean power and providing grid stabilisation.
“We are extremely excited to have completed this transaction with Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust and look forward to supporting them with the project delivery and operations.”
