Quercus Asset Selection has obtained £13.6m of debt financing from Santander UK for three photovoltaic plants in England.
The Sidlesham, Stanton, and Burton solar parks have a combined capacity of 21.3 MW and are located in Chichester, Swindon, and Stratford-upon-Avon, respectively.
All three were connected in May 2015, benefiting from 20 years of government support.
They will be owned by Quercus Renewable Holding 2, the renewable energy investor said.
Santander provided a 10-year tenor for the debt.
