ET Energy subsidiary ET Solutions has started construction of a 60.9 MW solar project in Jordan for Saudi company ACWA Power.
ET Solutions is the turnkey EPC contractor for the project with consortium partner Northwest Power Design Institute of China Power Engineering Consulting Group.
Construction is expected to take about 10 months.
ACWA Power is the project developer and owner, which is located in Mafraq, 50km north-east of Amman.
When completed the facility will deliver electricity to National Electric Power Company.
