Ænergy has sold a majority stake in the Solcellepark Nagbøl hybrid project to Norwegian investor Endra, owned by Haugaland Kraft.
The company said the Danish scheme combines 53.55MWp of solar PV with a 36MW/72MWh battery energy storage system.
Final public permits have been secured and the project is expected to be operational in Q2 2027, according to Ænergy.
The developer said the scheme has been guided by a focus on high technical and commercial quality, transparency and system value through energy storage.
Ænergy added that the hybrid layout delivers renewable generation alongside flexibility and grid stability as renewable penetration grows.
The company said the transaction reflects its strategy to create high-quality energy assets with long-term value and noted it will continue working with Endra and Jysk Energi as the project advances into construction.
