Van Oord has appointed Jeroen Sanders (pictured) as chief transformation officer (CTO) effective 1 March 2026.
Sanders brings more than 28 years of experience in leading transformation and change initiatives and most recently served as chief transition officer at Enexis Groep, according to the company.
He will oversee Van Oord’s transformation agenda and lead multi-year programmes focused on strengthening effectiveness and operational excellence.
The CTO is a new role within the Executive Committee.
