Vestas has signed orders totalling 183MW with a single undisclosed customer across Italy, Spain, Portugal and France.
The company said the Italian share amounts to 52MW using eight V162-6.5MW turbines for delivery in 2026.

It added that Spain will take 36MW of V162-7.2MW units and 19MW of V162-6.5MW machines, with delivery and commissioning expected by 2027.
A further 32MW of V162-6.5MW turbines and 18MW of V136-4.5MW hardware will be supplied to Portugal, with deliveries in 2026 and 2027.
The French order totals 25MW comprising four V117-4.2MW turbines and two V136-4.2MW units, with delivery in 2026 and commissioning in 2027.
All projects include a 10-year AOM 5000 service agreement.
