Acciona Energía has completed the sale of the San Juan de Marcona wind farm in Peru to Luz del Sur SAA.
The company said the transaction was finalised following receipt of the relevant regulatory approvals, including authorisation from INDECOPI.

Acciona Energía stated the value of the deal amounts to US$256 million (€218 million).
The company said the transfer forms part of its asset rotation strategy to optimise its renewable portfolio and strengthen its financial profile.
Acciona Energía added that it has already reached agreements for the sale of nearly 2.6GW of renewable assets across several countries for an approximate value of €3.2 billion.
