R Power has deepened its partnership with Eiffel Investment Group through two new transactions covering solar and battery energy storage projects in Poland and Romania.
The deals involve 92MWp of photovoltaic assets in Poland and 127MW/254MWh of battery storage projects in Romania, with R.Power divesting a minority stake in both.
The companies are also expanding their Polish joint venture to include a new hybrid portfolio combining up to 56MWp of solar generation with 51MW of storage.
R.Power said the collaboration marks another milestone in its partnership with Eiffel and reflects both companies’ ambitions to integrate renewable and flexibility technologies across Central and Eastern Europe.
Chief executive Przemek Pieta said: “The extension of our joint venture with Eiffel is a strong sign of trust and the maturity of our partnership. Together, we are building an integrated portfolio that combines photovoltaic generation with battery storage – a model that will shape the future of clean energy.”
Pierre-Antoine Machelon, head of infrastructure at Eiffel Investment Group, said: “This transaction perfectly reflects our vision: investing into the deployment of additional renewable capacity alongside flexible systems in Europe, in countries where it is highly needed such as Poland and Romania.”
R.Power said the ongoing partnership underscores its growing investment footprint and leadership in hybrid renewable projects, with a pipeline exceeding 30GW across six European markets.
