Empire Energy and Ellevo Group have launched a new joint venture to provide specialist lifting and transport consultancy services across the offshore wind sector.
The venture, Empire Energy–Ellevo (e³), combines Empire’s operational expertise with Ellevo’s engineering and assurance capabilities to deliver scalable solutions across all phases of the wind project lifecycle.
e³ will support developers, OEMs, and contractors with services ranging from early constructability reviews and engineered lift planning to marshalling, commissioning, and operations and maintenance.
Empire and Ellevo said the joint venture builds on their track record with major projects including Hornsea 2, Neart na Gaoithe, and Hinkley Point C.
The partners added that e³ is also expanding internationally, with a growing presence in the Middle East through projects such as NEOM.
They said the new venture is well positioned to support the delivery of “the most ambitious offshore wind programmes worldwide”.
