Fred Olsen Windcarrier has appointed a new CEO, Haakon Magne Ore, who will take over from Alexandra Koefoed from 1 March, 2024.
Haakon Magne joins the company from Fred Olsen & Co. where he currently serves as Director/Vice-president Finance, a role held since 2019.
In this capacity, he has worked closely with Fred Olsen-related companies across the renewable value chain contributing to their business strategies, new investments, financing and partnerships. Previous experience includes DNB Markets Investment Banking, Fearnley Funds and Orkla.
With almost 20 years of experience from capital markets and working with different companies, Haakon Magne brings a strategic mindset, good understanding of the wind industry, commercial focus and proven track record in business development.
