Enercon has announced that the group’s chief commercial officer Frederic Maenhaut has left the company, effective 30 April 2023.
“We thank Mr Maenhaut for his commitment to supporting and helping to shape the company,” said Enercon CEO Dr Jurgen Zeschky.
“It was particularly in building the new regional organisation and strategy, and developing partnerships with customers that Mr Maenhaut contributed to Enercon’s successful reorientation.
“We wish him every success in his future endeavours, both professional and private.”
Maenhaut (pictured) joined Enercon in 2020 as Regional Head Western Europe.
In April 2022, he was appointed a member of the Enercon management and, as CCO, assumed responsibility for the Enercon Regions Western Europe, Southern Europe & Latin America, Asia Pacific and North America as well as for Global Project Management.
Following Maenhaut’s departure from the company, Enercon CCO Ulrich Schulze Südhoff will be responsible for the regions and Enercon CRO Martin Prillmann will be in charge of Global Project Management.
