GE Renewable Energy and Endiprev France have selected marine service operator Valemo to commission turbines at the 480MW Saint-Nazaire offshore wind farm in France.
Valemo will deploy its teams alongside Endiprev to oversee the commissioning of 80 Haliade 150-6MW machines at the project off the coast of Pays de la Loire.

It will also oversee inspection of the turbines over three phases, in the factory and at sea.
Last week Jan De Nul installed the first turbine for the wind farm, making it the first machine to also be deployed in French waters.
The final turbine is scheduled to be mounted in Autumn 2022.
