Nordex has received a 96MW turbine order for a wind farm in Mexico.
The manufacturer will deliver 20 N155/4.8MW turbines for an undisclosed customer and project.

The order also includes a full two-year service of the turbines.
The wind farm will be built in the north of the country and the location has average wind speeds of eight metres per second.
Nordex will install the turbines, which the company will make in Mexico, on 120-metre-high concrete towers in the course of this year.
The blades will be made at Nordex’s Mexican plant in Matamoros.
