Finnish state-owned enterprise Metsahallitus has issued a tender for an advisory company to help it identify a partner to jointly develop an offshore wind project in Finland.
Metsahallitus is seeking to appoint a “commercial adviser” for the selection of a partner for an offshore wind power project.

“Partner”, stated Metsahallitus, refers to the “technical and financial implementer” of a wind power project who will develop the project in cooperation with Metsahallitus and “may later build the wind farm in question”.
The contract will start in May and is expected to run for a duration of five months.
