Vestas has secured a 101MW turbine order for a wind project in China.
The company will supply 42 V120-2.2MW units, delivered in 2.4MW power optimised mode, for the undisclosed project and client.

Deliveries are expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2020, with commissioning planned for the same quarter.
Under the terms of the agreement Vestas will service the turbines for 20 years.
With the order, Vestas has reached an order intake in China in 2020 of more than 1GW.
