Germany’s Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency is seeking a risk assessment of the potential impact of new offshore wind farms on shipping.
The investigations should be based on the most up-to-date data on ship movements and also show possible future development scenarios, according to the tender document.

Analysis should also include calculations of the potential collision repetition rate for the areas under consideration at the time of development.
Interested parties have until 10am local time on 23 June to apply.
