Italian developer Alerion Clean Power has acquired three operational wind farms totalling 120MW across southern Italy.
The developer said it had paid around €90m to acquire the three projects, which are located in Puglia and Basilicata and Sardinia.

The developer named the Sardinian project as the 30MW Nulvi development.
Project stakes at all three wind projects were acquired from multiple parties but Developer Fri-El was a major stakeholder in all of the projects, Alerion said.
The deal means the developer now holds an 18 strong portfolio of project’s in Italy totalling 684MW.
