Alerion Clean Power has acquired 14MW Milestone wind farm in County Tipperary, Ireland.
The deal was signed through subsidiary Alerion Ireland with SUSI Cappawhite Holding, a subsidiary of SUSI Renewable Energy Fund II managed by SUSI Partners.
Milestone comprises four Vestas V105 turbines of 3.6MW each and was commissioned in 2018. The plant benefits from the REFIT incentive scheme, which secures a minimum price for power produced while allowing upside from market rates.
Annual output is expected at around 40GWh, covering the needs of 15,000 households and avoiding over 16,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions each year.
Alerion said the acquisition marks its first step into the Irish market and supports its 2025–2028 industrial plan to expand installed capacity and strengthen its international footprint.
