The first Siemens Gamesa turbine has been installed at the 249MW Amistad 3 and 4 wind farm in Mexico.
Amistad 3 and 4 is being developed by Enel Green Power and will comprise 60 4.5-145 machines.

The project is located in Acuna City, in the northern State of Coahuila.
Both Amistad 3 (100MW) and Amistad 4 (149MW) were awarded to Enel Green Power during the Mexican auction in 2017.
