Bladt Industries has loaded out transition pieces at its yard in Aalborg, Denmark, for the 752MW Borssele 1&2 offshore wind farm, which will be located off the Netherlands.
The Danish fabricator said the TPs had heights of 26 metres and diameters of six metres.

Bladt was contracted to produce 59 transition pieces for the project, with EEW OSB delivering the other 35.
Sif and EEW SPC are each delivering 47 monopiles for Borssele 1&2.
The wind farm will comprise 94 Siemens Gamesa 8MW turbines and is being developed by Orsted.
It is scheduled to come online next year.
